Hi Charlene

I was already trained last week and have been working at the Danvers office for a week. So it is better I do my nightly 5 - 8 pm calling for Scott in Danvers. The phone system is really easy and most people I have contacted by using the system have been very receptive. I hope to see at the call center soon.
