In the town of West Newbury, the town counsel/clerk is taking the sealed absentees and locking them in the safe to turn in on election day. Will they get counted? or trashed if the vote is not for Coakley?
How are the voters assured of no fraud?
In West Newbury, WHO unseals and counts the absentees? What are the rules and is it the same all over MA?
Same town know for a lot of corruption? Is it safer to vote in person? Is your town corrupt? Is it safe to leave an absentee with your town clerk?
