Warren not licensed to practice law

Maybe this is old news to some, but law  Professor Jacobson on his website Legal Insurrection, has an article detailing how Warren is not licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. See:

In fact, he says she just cancelled her New Jersey Bar association, which means she currently isn't licensed to practice law in any state.

This has got to be a HUGE issue that Senator Brown can use in the upcoming debate. If she wasn't licensed why did she list her office in Cambridge on brief and court petitions? He should point blank ask her if she was practicing law in the Commonwealth and if not why did she list her offices?

Not only does this woman lie about her heritage but show flaunts the law and expects virtual impunity. She needs to be hammered on this big time.
