My Cup of Tea

My fellow Americans;

Although Massachusetts voters elected Republican Scott Brown last January to the shock of everyone nation wide beginning a trend in this country to "Throw The Bums Out" which resulted in historical change in Washington, we failed to follow through in the Mid-terms elections. We the voters of Massachusetts missed our chance to further "The Cause" to make real change both here in Massachusetts and in Washington.

It's been said a thousand times that this election result was not a show of support for the Republican Party as much as it was for the Constitution and to defeat the radical Obama agenda. The Republicans get the victory in the short term. It gives them yet one more chance to do the right thing for this nation and it's people. Another chance to define the party and their vision for our country and it's future. All Americans regardless of party have a stake it their success or will suffer the consequences of their failure.

Many view Republicans as elite or out of touch with the average American. Practically everyone sees them as representing only "The Rich" or" Big Business". For this we can blame both parties and the media. Way too much money is spend bashing the right. Much of it gets traction like BAD vs GOOD news. Bad news like SEX sells. Very little money is spent in reverse so the left gets a pass on everything. What more proof does one need than to convince them the opposite is true.

Lets Play the RICH Card compared to Dems on that point you only have to look at the Kennedy's, Nancy Pelocci, Harry Reid, the Clinton's who are all "Rich". All of them made even richer from their success in Government. The left pretends to represent and care about the people while disparaging right and trampeling the Constitution for profit.

I think Republicans are not very good at marketing and communications. With the exception of Senator Brown and Cris Cristy campaigns most of them struggle to get elected to office because of it. The message isn't exciting to the public. How can they compete with the secular left and it's message "don't worry be happy"

The media is to blame they don't deem it news worthy unless it supports their left ideology. This is certainly true in the North East and especially in Massachusetts. In the end Media is the BIG winner each election cycle no matter who wins. Mass Media is corrupt with money and power. Result is, Republicans are viewed as the "Country Club Set" elite, better than the likes of you..Fair or not the left hypocrisy have made impossible for Republicans to shake this image. Republicans have no retort.

Like most of us I have no real money. I work for myself and earn a modest living because thanks to the left there are no jobs. I pay my taxes. I do the next RIGHT to further the well being of my family and my country. Although I am an Independent voter I lean right like most working Americans do. I don't trust Pols the Government or the Media. I'm way smarter than they'll ever give me credit for.I believe in fair play and play by the rules. I, like you, teach our children to do the same. I think this is what the word Republican means Small Government, Free will. Live and let live.

The Republicans and their party both nationally and here in Massachusetts are in very bad shape and do not convey a message that most Americans can understand and support whole heartily. Senator Brown's campaign model wasn't used effectively by Republicans nationally to change that image to fit the new reality. Furthermore, Republicans elected to the new congress must roll back Obama's radical agenda and return the government to the people where it belongs or it will be you gone next time. You're Republicans act like them.

The Dems better get it now. The American people have spoken. There is no question what cup of tea Americans prefer. We do not want radical left politics and laws. We do not want you to do what the leadership in congress wants you to do. We want you to do what is right for all Americans. This would be a good time to read and understand our Constitution and do your duty. Work to advance Americas interests and keep us first in the world.

The voters must learn how important it is to vote for "Balance of Power". Don't waste your vote on your own ideology. This is a matter of life as we know it and something I shutter to even think about. Hold your nose to vote for balance. Keep the Pols infighting so they leave us alone.
