in this Winter's Snowdrifts as the the bitter cold weather has reached into the Southern region of the United States with record snowfalls in the Blizzard of 2010. This has continued a cooling trend since 1998 that included the delayed arrival of summer and the corn harvest continuing until the Thanksgiving holiday in the Northern Midwest.

This should convince the Congress that the papers the Cap and Trade Tax Bill are printed-on should be placed in the recycling bin.
