I found an article at Boston.com (link embedded) that gives credit to Senator Brown (a high five in fact) for his ability to work across the aisle and because he doesn't always vote with the Republican Party.
The writer Jeff Fish goes on to write: "You may not agree with Brown on everything, but I think he’s made a real effort to cross partisan lines, and he hasn’t been afraid to stand up to his party when needed." Jeff goes concludes with "We need more voices like his in the Republican Party."
This is a big reason why I voted for Scott Brown. I admire his leadership, and his commitment to doing right by the people, even when those decisions may not align with party leadership.
