My Dear Friends:

To all Americans who love our country and place it's prosperity high on their priority list, I would like to attempt to convey my ideas of what I think will move America forward to a brighter future whilst maintaining the principles of the Republic. I invite your constructive comments, not partisan debate, but a friendly conversation for common folks to exchange ideas, offer moral support to one another and maybe in the process discover some solutions to the problems we face together. I admit it is a selfish need to express my ideas to others who feel as I do, that we are ignored by media, government, and politicians alike. I'm sick of being political cannon fodder aren't you?

I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them. It is incumbent on EVERY generation to pay it's own debts as it goes. A principle which if acted on would save one-half the wars of the world." Thomas Jefferson.

I believe in and support our founding principles. I am proud of our country and it's rich history.Thomas Jefferson (TJ) Adams, (JA) and Washington (GW) were much greater than our leaders today. Men and women of great virtue. Selfless and determined to grant future generations freedoms unknown to themselves. Joined by thousands of common folk like, Joseph & Sara Hodgkins, Molly Pitcher, Abigail Adams, inspired by their sacrifice to achieve independence and liberty for un-born generations.

A history our leaders today disregard as irrelevant. A history the left regards as regretful. Ergo to be disparaged or to abuse the rights and liberties afforded them by previous generations of loyal Americans, to their own selfish ideological ends to the point of treason in some quarters.

I feel it is our duty as common folks to try to reflect our forefathers vision in this regard. Sacrifice to achieve a brighter future for our nation and all it's children. Hold our leaders to the same standards and resist anyone and anything that would deny us these rights.

I believe the dumbing down of our children and success of the secular left at demoralisation of our culture in our lifetime has made it unlikely America, the greatest human achievement in history, can be sustained much longer. We must wake up to the fact that our Leaders, Big Banks, Corporations, Hollywood, Media have been and continue to sell us out to, special interests, foreign interests, Because They CAN. This has to end. We need to wise up teach our kids to think about their future and the future of the world. Think about a world without America!

We must all sacrifice something, as did our founders to save our great nation. Everyone, must sacrifice something. That includes government officials and employees.Unions and so called minority groups etc. EVERYONE. NO ONE IS SPECIAL OR EXEMPT.

No able person is entitled to anything but Liberty and the freedom to pursue happiness. Those Americans who truly need public assistance are not getting what they need because of abuse of the system. A system that working Americans are forced to support and cannot control. A system that is used a a political weapon against the very people forced to fund it and don't qualify for it. A system that at it's core is utterly corrupt.

It is time to cut entitlements to every sector receiving government funding not just shifting it to other means re-branding or shell games. Welfare reform needs REAL REFORM. It is time to review every SSID claim and deny payments to able body/mind persons who abuse the system. Review claims for those who use to be on welfare and now are on SSID with disorders of a dubious nature such as ADD/ADHD and many many more. It is time to stop ignoring the growing, unsustainable debt due to such entitlement programs and other waste. SSI is a forced TAX. It is socialism. It is time to stop government from growing ever bigger. Where taxpayers ever shrinking incomes foot the bill for gross abuse of public funds used to pay obscene salaries of government UNION employees and retirement benefits. Laws forced on the public by corrupt politics or policy like Obama care, Cap & Tax, earmarks,and bailouts has to end completely. Term limits for all government post a must for fair and balanced government to exist and to restore faith in government.

Our leaders have shown they cannot even withstand the pressure from Speaker of the House in the face of the mass of the American people. Lemmings! I will not be lead by lemmings. Will you?

Our National Priorities are all wrong. We need to understand as a nation we are in BIG trouble and we are all in this together. Some feel it doesnt matter. I should be one of them, but I'm not. I care about what is happening to us and what the world will be like for our grand children. I began with the words of Thomas Jefferson, It is those words that have made me care. I'm disabled. I have been since age 36. I chose NOT to go on the dole because of those same words. I learned these truths as a child in school right here in central Mass. I'm but one man, what real difference can it make? Still I'm proud of my contributions small as they are to our common future. I haven't been a burden to my nation I've be a benefit. All the while, I know people on the dole who are not really disabled. They have no sense of honor or responsibility to our common good only to themselves How do you think that makes me feel. Our parents stopped living their lives to fight the fascist hoard and won. They won because of the power of those words.

I agree completely. The Israeli system works and has for decades. When you have a President that believes that, "You are your brothers keeper" this is what you can and should expect from a goverment run system with the wrong prioities. What are they looking for? Why should young children and old women from Nutley NJ be subjected to this for any reason whatsoever?

I am unhappy with the airport full body scanners and the alternative full body search. There has to be a better way. I think we should follow the system used in Israel.
