My name is Ryan Healey and I'm with the Jeff Perry for Congress Campaign. Jeff is running for the 10th Congressional District seat which is currently held by Bill Delahunt who is retiring. We have three offices open: Sandwich (Heritage Plaza), Plymouth at 57 Long Pond Road, and Quincy at 680 Hancock Street, we are always looking for more volunteers so feel free to stop at one of the offices or visit Jeff's website for more information. Thanks!

I found a brief speech from Jeff Perry on YouTube. He was speaking for our civil rights (2nd Amendment) at the recent GOAL banquet. I admit, I found his comments refreshing:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8VHfQPziXeM&feature=player_embedded

Kevin, I understand. My argument was wrong anyways, but the point is, as Ryan said, that Jeff is not trying to use that endorsement as an edge over other candidates, Jeff is doing just fine without it. I have done frequent candidate research over the course of this year, and as previously stated, I support Jeff, but it's not because of that endorsement to begin with.

When considering Jeff as your future legislator, Scott Brown's endorsement of him should be irrelevant because conservative principles are much more important than that. Sure, we are all disappointed at Scott, but that doesn't mean that Jeff will turn out the same. Jeff is a true conservative who will help us "take back America" this November, and I hope that you will vote for him.

Ryan, I trust many of Brown's endorsers are going to distance themselves from him. If I was Jeff, I would remove references to Scott Brown and their association. In the opinion of most conservatives, Scott Brown is finished. I hope he enjoys his two years.

Adam, Brown's approval rating may have been 90%, but that's going to change after this vote. He's toxic, now.

Well Jeff and Scott have known each other over the years in the MA state house and are not the same people especially when it comes to where they are on the political spectrum. Jeff himself said he would not vote for the bill because of increased taxes. Scott is an independent minded guy and thats the way he votes credit I wish he wouldn't and wouldn't get involved with John Kerry, Harry Reid, Barney Frank, or any liberal Democrat and the bills they propose. And Jeff is not "riding" his endorsement, his campaign is doing great regardless of it.

Jeff even has Mitt Romneys endorsement and Mitt gave us "RomneyCare" Jeff didn't vote for it nor did Dan Webster because they knew it wasn't right and would hurt this state in the long run.

And before we start saying Jeff isn't conservative enough you should read up on him. He is strong opponent of illegal immigration (http://greaterbostonteaparty.com/2010/05/ma-house-vote-on-perrys-il...) and he is a strong supporter of 2nd amendment rights (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8VHfQPziXeM).

Thank you Kevin.

And C, a Scott Brown endorsement, no matter how we view Scott, may be beneficial because Scott's approval rating is 90%. Despite his voting record, it is still that high (for now). I support Jeff very much, but it's definitely not because Sen. Scott Brown endorsed him.

Ryan; No disrespect meant towards your candidate, but riding on a Scott Brown endorsement may not be his best career move at this time. Senator Brown is damaged goods and he will be a two-year senator. If Jeff Perry is all you say he is, perhaps we should save him for November 2012 and elect him the New & Improved Junior Senator from Massachusetts.

Hello, Adam.

Thanks for posting your well-versed comments, and for brightening my day. It's nice to hear that Jeff Perry backs up his words with action. More important, is your grasp of the conservative principles that make this country the greatest in the world. I, along with other conservatives, have become quite discouraged lately. However, when I come across a young conservative like you, it gives hope that all is not lost.

I know it's a tough job, but it's important for young conservatives look to motivate their peers in embracing conservative principles. You are a beacon of hope, and appreciate you assuming the role of political watchdog.

Best of luck,

Kevin

I strongly agree with Ryan here. Jeff Perry is a great candidate with conservative principles. He has a legislative record of being loyal to his constituents, and standing up for conservative ideals. Unlike Scott Brown, Jeff is actually saying he is a conservative, when Scott only proclaimed that he was an "independent voice".

From my research, candidates on both sides of the aisle have wanted to "wake up Washington" in some way, but Jeff is actually the true conservative that can do that. I'm only thirteen years old, and through my political involvement, I have got many chances to talk with Jeff, and he is one of the nicest people ever.

I have volunteered under Ryan, and I am dedicated to the conservative cause. Think of me as a political watchdog for future generations. I believe that if our leaders care about future generations, then they should know that those generations have someone (out of a rare few) that will speak for them. I support Jeff Perry because I believe that the conservative principles that Jeff has will help America prosper- and "His GOP" will live on with me.

Hello, Ryan.

I realize it's Jeff that's running, but I couldn't edit the comment. I'm not in MA, but have been contributing to conservatives (or so I thought) around the country, like Scott Brown, Marco Rubio, and Michele Bachmann. Much of what I hear from these are what they say on their websites or speeches. Scott Brown seemed he had much of the right stuff a conservative would want in a legislator. Yet, now that he's in the Senate, he's talking a different game. Unfortunately, this makes me suspect of others that say they will be a fresh voice in Washington.

Thanks.

Um I'm not running for anything that would be Jeff Perry.

How do we trust him? Look at Jeff's voting record. He was one of two state legislators in MA to vote against RomneyCare and he proposed an amendment to the state budget this year that said no matter who you are you have to prove that you are not a criminal, not receiving state benefits in another state, and that you are a LEGAL U.S. citizen in order to receive state benefits in MA.

Jeff doesn't say he is conservative without proving that he is conservative.
