When are you going to be Seated?
Dear Senator-Elect Scott Brown. I have been waiting patiently since the election to see you seated in the U.S. Senate and wonder why it is taking so long. It is past the so-called ten days and still Kirk is in there and voting. If I remember correctly, according to Massachusetts Law, once you were elected, Kirk could no longer cast a vote, so my question is, why is he still doing so?
