A chicken in every pot

My fellow Americans:

Whenever pols offer me something to vote for them I distrust them. Do you remember when we were kids, the actor in the old movies depicting an old time Pol promising "A chicken in every pot" What a slogan huh? These liberal pols today, remind me of that! I laugh, but it isn't really funny is it? Overtly buying constituencies is abuse of our system right?  Am I wrong to think that?  Elizabeth Warren like the actor in the movie insults my inteligence with…

Independent Voters for Brown 2.0

My fellow Americans:

Like most of you, I've been hard at work all my life to keep my house in order. Working hard to do my duty to my family and my country. I've never been so afraid of my goverment as I am today. I wonder if this is the end for America? We are in BIG trouble and it is NOW up to US to bring back order to our Nation. Just like 2010 when you and I against all odds elected Scott Brown Senator. Together we can overcome these odds too.

Under the Obama adminstration…

Moderate Like Us

My interest in state and national politics began with the convincing

local radio voice of Jay Severin during 5th grade with my grandfather

on the way to my youth hockey games. I have been a student of

political science ever since- as an amateur first but as a

professional at my university. I consider myself a political moderate-

I am sympathetic to those who have less opportunity than I’ve had and

I am antagonized by unregulated big business.…

Voted Once, Voting Again

I can still remember the first time I voted. I have lived in Chelsea, Massachusetts my entire life and from the moment when I could finally understand what Tim Russert was saying on Meet the Press, I eagerly awaited the day when I would become a part of the democratic process. That day came Freshman year of college. I had narrowly missed out on the heated 2008 Presidential race and I was not about to let the most important Senate race…

From Boston.com: "High Five: Scott Brown wants to compromise..."

I found an article at Boston.com (link embedded) that gives credit to Senator Brown (a high five in fact) for his ability to work across the aisle and because he doesn't always vote with the Republican Party.

The writer Jeff Fish goes on to write: "You may not agree…

Our Response

Brigadiers,

We have released a new web ad about my commitment to reduce regulations and red tap to empower businesses to flourish in this difficult economy.

The 'non-partisan' League of Women Voters have attacked me for a vote and I'm asking for your help to respond.

Meet the Brown's

It was Senator Scott Brown who got my family into politics. All of whom campaigned and voted for then Scott Brown. Other than voting we were apathetic about politics. Apathy or worse rules today with most people on the subject of politics. The rule is never talk about politics at social gatherings right? Government is at an all time low in public perception. Senator Brown breaks with that perception. He carries with him a sense of thoughtfulness and sincerity to the…

The 7 Great Lies Of Government Spending

Like the first one would be that we need it. Scott, I hope you had a nice visit to Newton. In Newton, local democrats are still upholding a bankrupt philosophy to continue spending in state/federal government, as I know you are well aware...

I am not one to recommend a stash and spend economy, especially when the entire international community is strongly recommending and pursuing fiscal responsibility, including even our own… Continue

JUST SAY NO!

My fellow Brown Brigadiers:

I hope all of you are doing well. I wish only the best for you and yours in these difficult times. I sincerely wish I could do something to help our country recover from this crisis and put all of us back to work today. God bless you one and all.

Over these months since our unlikely and exciting victory advancing Scott Brown to US Senate over the liberal progressives I have been very worried about my family and yours. It seems that the…

Scott "Washington" Brown

To my fellow Americans: It's just incredible the way Scott Brown is taking IT to Washington. The power of his election and his true leadership is history in the making. "We the People" moment. It's rare to have this kind of excitement during ones lifetime. American history is relatively short. Washington politics today, is no different than Philadelphia politics in 1788. The Capital city namesake George Washington a man by no means so far removed from present culture politic to be considered…

When are you going to be Seated?

Dear Senator-Elect Scott Brown. I have been waiting patiently since the election to see you seated in the U.S. Senate and wonder why it is taking so long. It is past the so-called ten days and still Kirk is in there and voting. If I remember correctly, according to Massachusetts Law, once you were elected, Kirk could no longer cast a vote, so my question is, why is he still doing so? Don't you think it is time for you to go to Washington and take "the people's seat" away from Kirk? I do! I wish… Continue

Thank you, America!

I have to take a moment out of my celebrating to thank all of the citizens from around the nation who came to the aid of Massachusetts conservatives and helped Scott Brown pull off the biggest upset in modern history!

I've often said that being a Republican in Massachusetts is like the classic movie Beau Geste, where the few remaining soldiers holding the fort prop dead bodies up at the parapets to make it look like there are more of them. It's been a lonely fight in enemy territory,… Continue

Fantastic response at the polls this morning!

Things are looking good for a Scott Brown victory! I've been holding signs since I was five years old and never have I received the type of enthusiastic response at the polls as I did this morning in Quincy. Beeps, thumbs up, shouts of "Go, Scott, Go!" -- along with shouts of "Where are the Coakley supporters?" -- and many shouts of "Thank you for being out here!" (It was snowing pretty hard.) One nice couple even went to Dunkin' Donuts and came back with a coffee for me to thank me for being… Continue

Good luck, from California !!!

Today is the big day. All the Nation's eyes are upon Massachusetts.

Let me be the first to congratulate you, Senator, a bit in advance of your winning the election but I know that you will.

Best wishes from Oklahoma

We are praying for Senator Scott Brown to be elected Tues. We need him to help get our country turned around to righteousness and to help stop the anti-God, anti-American legislation, that is hurting our country.

Making the case, one voter at a time

To the Improper Bostonian;

Martha, really, first the Boston Bruins debacle, Red Sox vs. Yankee fan fiasco, with a man who put to bed 86 years of no World Championships. Hopefully he helped put your political career to bed Sunday in Worcester. The sock, a bit of history.

Then, as a Maine country boy, strike three. Hopefully you are out!

The anointed one won't ride in Scott Browns four wheel drive pickup truck. Honestly, my finest, proudest moment of my 56 years on earth would be to ride shotgun with… Continue
