For those that don't know, NY-23 is the 23rd congressional district in New York. It has had a republican in office since the civil war. The seat was vacated by Representative John Hughes and there is a special election to fill the seat. Sound familiar?
There was a huge outcry from the conservative side of the republican party when the NRCC backed candidate Dede Scozzafava, a liberal republican who seems even more liberal than… Continue
I wanted you to have access to this recruitment page to help us grow our grassroots movement.
Download this sheet and use it to collect names and info. Then, use our splash page www.brownforussenate.com/splash to input the data and send it back to the… Continue
We had some wonderful turnout last night for our events with Governor Romney and Scott, both in Needham and Wrentham. For those of you that were able to attend, thank you for your time and generosity!
Also, a big shout out to those Brown Brigadiers that volunteered to hold signs and stand out at these events! I hope you had a lot of fun and enjoyed the event afterwards!
As to other updates for the field, we have now placed Pat Healy as our Western… Continue

It's become clear to me that we, in Massachusetts, have the unique opportunity to recreate history. In January we have the national stage from which we will either show the rest of the country that, even as the Cradle of American Freedom, we have become the hotbed of the New American Marxism, or we will rise up against tyranny, as we did as Massachusetts citizens in 1775.
Scott Brown represents the finest in conservative values, the values of big people and small governments, of… Continue
Great event tonight at Lake Pearl in Wrentham tonight. A fantastic crowd with people of all ages, and everyone excited for Scott and willing to roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to make Scott the next US Senator from Massachusetts!
I was telling some people tonight that other people I discuss politics with tell me how angry with the way things are. My response to these angry people is this; you can tell me how angry you are all you want, but unless you PROVE to me how… Continue

It appears I have caused some serious problems for WRKO today. While Steve Pagliuca was talking during the "Celtics front Office Report" which is SPONSORED by SBLI, he snuck in a personal endorsement for his campaign, "that's why I am running for US Senate." So after hearing that I called the station to complain, called SBLI to let them know, and then sent a letter to the FEC filing a complaint. I got a call from the station manager this afternoon who was not pleased and… Continue
First of all, let me apologize for not posting last night. Due to technical difficulties the post did not make it onto the Brown Brigade. For that I am sorry.
As for tonight, I wanted to let you know what steps we have taken over the past 48 hours to move Scott towards victory. Here are a few action points:
Regional Area Coordinators
We currently have four regional area coordinators in place across the state to set up call centers… Continue
I have a supply of bumper stickers...if you're in the Boxborough area reach out to us (Debbie at 978 621-8618) and drop by to pick up yours.
Also, Brad Hansen posted an item about the main "HUBs" for bumper stickers… Continue
A sixteen year veteran of citizenship in New England, Kennedy Centre, Land-0-Liberals, Republicans in Catacombs, and now we can come out of hiding! Scott Brown for Senator! It is amazing!
I have had several "conversations" with State Senator Brown over the years and have always found him to be an honest man who operates from a solid central position in the political spectrum. He pleases me very much for his views on government/taxes, Life, and Home security, and the crucial nature of… Continue
Just reminding and putting the word out there about the 11/1 (this Sunday) campaign school at Lafayette House from 9-5. Contact Angela Davis at 508 740 2953 or email adavisff@gmail.com for details.
Notable speakers are: Michael Graham, Holly Robichaud, Rich Tisei, Brad Jones and Chip Faulkner.
As we all reach out beyond our 'usual' circle of Republican networks to introduce them to Scott Brown, here's a couple of links in addition to the campaign website www.BrownforUSSenate.com you could easily include in an email so that they can watch and hear Scott for themselves.
First is the campaign kick-off announcement part 1 and… Continue
Please invite two of your friends to the Brown Brigade by noon today! This grassroots effort is essential to Scott's campaign, and we need to get the message out that his supporters are rallying for victory!
Let them know they can see where Scott will be each day, can communicate with other folks in their brigades, and can find out where the campaign needs help most.
Also, know that you can invite anyone to join the Brigade - you are not limited to… Continue
Starting from today, I will be putting up a blog post each evening to let you know about what has changed in the past day. Let's get started with some housekeeping issues that were taken care of:
Events
The first thing I would like to point out is that the Senator's schedule is a dynamic set of events, not static. Some of you have voiced frustration that the Senator was in your town on a given day and you did not hear about it. For that I am… Continue
I want to give everyone a brief campaign update. We have hired Peter Fullerton as our Political Director and I'm very excited to have Peter on board. Peter has a tremendous amount of experience working for campaigns in New England he brings a wealth of talent and knowledge to the campaign. For those of you that are interested in further understanding Senator Brown's position on key issues, we will continue to roll out his policies in the coming days and weeks. I do hope you have had the… Continue
I have heard good things about you but have learned that in order to support a candidate, I need to do my own research to determine if your values and principles are in line with mine. I wanted to pose a few questions that I thought would help me determine if you deserve my vote in January.
1) Do you believe that the Federal Government is too big and needs to be down sized? If so, by how much?
We need to have a clear, concise and complete statement of Scott's positions on the issues. When
someone asks us why they should vote for Scott we need a better answer than, "he's not a democrat"
or "he's married to Gail Huff".
Why not post his positions, plus a record of his state senate votes, on the website that we can refer
people to.
As mentioned, we're putting together call centers for the campaign as I write this. Our first will be on Saturday, October 24th in Danvers. We are looking for volunteers to come in and make calls on behalf of the Senator and to gain information for the campaign.
I understand that this may be tough, gritty work for you, but recognize that we MUST reach out to the voters of Massachusetts and let them know that the Senator is a man of the people. Although… Continue
