Meeting Scott!

Last weekend I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work a Scott Brown event at Fenway Park!  Before the second game of the series against the Yankees, Scott and Gail arrived about an hour early to shake hands and talk with constituents.  The couple pulled up next to us in Scott's infamous green pickup truck, and I struggled to keep my jaw off the floor.  I had never met Scott before or seen him in person, so to say I was excited is the understatement of the year.  He got out of…

A Big Haul of What?

Elizabeth Warren has raised a lot of money recently and some liberals point out that this  looks good for her chances in November. Well money is important it is also important to note where her money comes from. A majority of Warren’s money comes from people who cannot possibly vote for her in the fall. 60% yes 60 has come from out of state. Warren likes to rail about the influence of outside money in politics but it seems she has no problem accepting thousands of dollars from such locals as…

Working for an Independent Mind

I have been working as an intern for Senator Brown for about a month and a half now, and am excited to be apart of the team to help reelected an independent voice for the people.  It was Scott Brown that got me more interested in Republicans, and it was him that actually had me switch my party affiliation from independent to Republican.
