I have been blocked from making calls

For a week I have been trying to sign up and make calls. When I sign up, I get a cryptic mesage, to the effect that "You have been added to my spreadsheet." And then nothing. What is the procedure here? What am I missing? I have not been making calls due to this issue for the last week.
I am not sure if this site will notify me of any replies, so here's my email for anyone who knows the answer to this puzzle.

try using this site to sign up. There is a long wait time for receiving your user id and password because of volume but try it anyway.

Sign up for the phone bank at:

http://www.brownforussenate.com/call-from-home-registration

(You will be issued a username and login. Brief delays in receiving this information may be possible when site traffic is high.)Once you receive your user ID and password, start making calls.. All calls will automatically be operational between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST between now and January 19th.

Thank you for trying to help, did you try Patty's link below? If you can't make calls, can you help us by replying to News articles online, or youtube videos, or blog, tweet, or post for Brown. These things all help us keep a positive message out there.

I think the campaign is really overwhelmed w/the support coming in and doesn't have the manpower to respond as quick as they would like.

i too signed up to work the phone bank but i see that there isn't enough time and the overload of volunteers has slowed things down.That's ok. As long as i know that there are enough volunteers.I would be glad to write to papers and such to support Brown.If any of you have some urls where i can write supporting Brown i'll get right on it.
Will do whatever i can to help.Am from Pennsylvania and we have faith in the people of Mass. to make the right choice.This election is going to be historic. We here in Pa will celebrate if you folks in Mass get Brown elected.

I am still dialing numbers manually, have been doing so for 2 weeks. It does not ring back my phone, and I am doing it right. So hope i am not screwing things up for all.

Have alot of voicemails, overwhelming yes's and enthusiastic as well. In 2 weeks have only had 3 no's and 1 hang up.

I just made about 30 calls on the volunteer to call from home program. Even if you can only make a single call, they add up pretty quickly and it was easy. This is a tight race and this is a pretty simple way for fellow Americans to fight back from our home state.
