Worked late and could not make the meeting. Signed on for the fundraiser at Lake Pearl on the 30th. Please post any future North Brigade meetings. Looking forward to helping out the campaign.

Brian,

The fundraiser I mentioned this morning will be at Lake Pearl Luciano's in Wrentham on Fri Oct 30th, with special guest mitt romney (to paraphrase Forrest Gump; that's all I'll say about him!). Betty Poirier and other local republican legislators/leaders will be there as well. For a $1000 or $500 donation there's a "Leadership reception" at 6:30, and for a $75 donation, there's a general reception at 7:00.

You can RSVP to Kristen Granchelli at kristen@brownforussenate.com

Other than the flyer I got in the mail about this yesterday, I've seen it advertised on Scott's campaign Facebook page, and Deb Tucker told me about it last week.

I'll probably go myself...just haven't RSVP'd yet.

I'm sure the campaign office can give you more info if you need it.

I will be atttending the Lake Pearl fundraiser, and am waiting to hear if 2 of my friends will join me. I will also get them to join the North Attleboro or Wrentham Brown Brigades.

Hey North Attleboro Brigade,

Anyone planning on going to the fundraiser at Lake Pearl Luciano's in Wrentham on Fri Oct 30th?

Hi Paul,

Yes, good ideas. I'd add the following as well - and expand the area a little too.

- the newly designed intersection at Rte 152 / Toner Boulevard, at the town line (near the cemetery) - always very busy at rush hours.
- the area commuter rail stations are always good (South Attleboro, Attleboro, Mansfield).
- intersection of Rte 106 / 152 in Plainville
- Mansfield (near 140 / 106 area)
- Wrentham outlets
- Plainville, intersection of Rte 1 / 152 (although admittedly this is also probably a dangerous place to be - but on a SIDE might be fine).

I'm sure others will add more.

Hey North Attleboro Brigade,

Once the campaign has stand-out signs available, I'd like to see us do stand-outs on Saturdays and Sundays at prominent places/intersections around town. And once the holidays are here, there will be LOTS of traffic on the roads on the weekends, particularly outside the Emerald Square Mall and that stretch of RT 1!

Prominent/high-traffic places in North Attleboro I can think of offhand;
-Outside Emerald Square Mall
-Intersection of RT 1/Hopping Hill Rd (Near the 24 hr CVS)
-Intersection of Rt 1/Park St/Elmwood Ave (there's a busy Dunkin there)
-Piccadilly Pub/Shaws/Wendy's plaza on Robert Toner Blvd
-Downtown intersection by the TD Bank
-Town Hall across from the Post Office
-Stop&Shop on RT 1

Did I miss any?

Paul
