No, She will never debate Brown. She knows he is far superior and that she would lose some of her support. I don't see how anyone could vote for someone like her when she won't even debate her opponent. Scott should keep asking publically for a debate with her so she will have to evade or deny him the opportunity to debate. That'll turn off even more people to her.
