I started the group on FB, I hope Scott won't think I'm being hasty :0)....he of course doesn't know me from Adam. I believe you have to be on FB to join the group, but it's easy to find, just search for 'Scott Brown for President' I agree with you. No one in the Republican lineup got me enthused enough to want to be involved, in the last round - not Jindal especially, but this fellow has the right approach - a consensus builder, confident and at ease with himself and with people, a 'natural'. So of couse folks like you and I and so many others want to get involved and help.

Count me in. I volunteered for scott back in early december and when I met him in the early days of his campaign, I remember thinking, This man could be president.
marysville ohio has a yes vote on the subject
Mike, I will be checking out the Facebook page. It's going to take the true people of America to keep the word of Good men like Scott Brown going on and on.
Some of us here in MAssachusetts have been saying the same thing. That he was going to be President some day!! I agree it is never to soon get started and everyone should jump on the train now. He will have our vote for sure.
From Illinois, home of Chicago style politics with which you all are becoming familiar, and President Obama, ditto. First time I've seen Senator Brown and he is impressive. If he stays true, then Pres. in '12 for sure.
The mistake is to believe that the issue is a Republican/Democrat issue. It is not. It is partisan politics, and by that I mean putting your respective party first, vs. government of the people, by the people and for the people. Let's put our country first and vote out the disingenuous incumbents from both parties that have led us into this mess.
Congratulations Senator Brown. Change we can believe in. Really!
Hi,

Way too early for such thoughts. This would only reinforce the recent Republican history of running for the seat of Governor and then giving it up mid-term. Even though it would be equivalent to what the community activist from Chicago did, it's remains premature to consider (IMHO). I suggest having Scott do some good work in the Senate; there's a lot on the plate in Washington DC. That's valuable experience for anyone.

Regards,
Matt Grigas
Matt, Obama didn't spend a lot of time in the Senate before his run. So let's not tie our hands so early in the game. I don't think Scott is a flash in the pan, but he has a sustainability about him. Early bird gets the worm.
Is this the link you mean? http://www.facebook.com/pages/Scott-Brown/178795233167?v=wall#/grou...

FB Group Name: Scott Brown for President

Category:
Common Interest - PoliticsDescription:
Independents, Republicans, and Conservative Democrats who believe that newly-elected Sen. Scott Brown (R-MA) should be our next President. He's a consensus-builder, representative of the common people and our desires for a better USA. "We Can Do Better", he says, than what we've got in Washington right now.Privacy Type:
Open: All content is public.
I believe we are watching the early stages of a future President and I hope the idea of this does not overwhelm him to the point where he puts it off completely. It is great that we now have him in the Senate. He has everything to position him on the national scene in the future. I was dissappointed that I am in Austin Texas and could not be in Massachusetts for his victory, but the people I saw down here were very pleased with him.

People approached me (knowing I am from Massachusetts) telling me they were so impressed with his victory speech that they hoped they were seeing the next President. They saw a down to earth "one of us" guys that believes what we believe and feel.

Way too soon to start a committee but Senator Brown should keep it in the back of his mind that the Nation may call him to a higher service than he planned and he has what I call "it".

It will be his call, whatever the position "Scott Brown - 2012"!!
