Morrisey Blvd at UMass Boton intersection....L Street and Broadway S. Boston---suggestion that a group of volunteers for rush hour make a presence...also Quincy Shore Drive and Marina Bay intersect.. Adams Street E Milton and expressway bridges---Are permits required?? Thanks
