what a witch, as if the GOP doesn't have any ideas for how to really reform the health care system. Like tort reform and removing state boundaries. But that would never work with the Dem leadership who only want to "spread the wealth around". What Scott wants to do is start over and do it right, with CSPAN actually broadcasting the whole thing. You know, real transparency and real bi-partisan negotiations.
